I have some details I drew on a section view, then I made call out of those detail. In the callout, i'll put in even more detail.

Is there a way to duplicate the details I drew on the section view in the callout automatically (like a mirror)

They're all detail lines.

Detail (drafting) lines are view specific, you can't create a call out that will show these lines, but...

you can create the callout and copy paste the line work

or

you can duplicate the view with detailing which will take all your lines across

or

you can freeze the view to create a new drafting view out of it...

Model view callouts are exactly the same place as the parent view so when you copy from the parent, you can paste same place to the detail or vice versa. Just window and filter for what you want. 

When I update items like this, I often erase the detail elements that were there in the destination view and then I don't have to be as selective in the copy.
