Hi everybody!

I am a new REVIT user and am in the middle learning the program while producing a drawing set for a remodel and addition. I have had success / frustration along the way and remain committed to learning / implementing REVIT in our small but busy office.

My first question:

Is there a way to display (in plan) the identity data mark for a window rather than the type mark? I am using a combination of standard window from the library and some I've downloaded from the Marvin website. 

Any help is very much appreciated!!

You can create a tag that will use any shared parameter that you use in a family -  this is all up to you. 

It must be a shared parameter.  If you don't understand this, please read about shared parameters and tags in your HELP.

Great, thanks for your response. I was able to figure it out using the Help and old posts on the site. This is such an incredible resource I cannot believe its free!
