Hi,

Back in the good ol' days of 2010 you could select elements (walls/floors etc), click copy, then untick the copy box to enable them to be moved vertically.

In 2011 this option of unticking the copy box has gone.... any ideas if it can still be done? Why did they get rid of this...it was so useful!!

Thanks

Gav

correct. you can only copy walls vertically and by unticking Constrain. I can't see the option to untick copy anymore.

Good old days of 2010 ?? I believe that was REVITs worst release : )
Uncheck the 'constrain' option to copy a wall or floor vertically from a section or elevation view, then delete the original?
