We just updated our mice to Logitech MX-1000. Great mouse, but disapointing when used with Revit. I've talked with Logitech and Autodesk; neither were much help. The issue is when using the middle button to pan and spin. We have Revit Series 8.1. The setting of 'Middle Button' for the middle button worked with the previous Logitech mice in both AutoCAD and Revit. The new mouse works great in AutoCAd but when pressing the middel button in Revit the image zooms out of view to the right. Odd thing is it did work correctly for a short time. I've loaded and reloaded the latest Logitech software. Hoping someone has found a way around this.

I had the same problem with the Logitech MediaPlay Cordless. AutoCAD was fine, but Revit would spaz out when I panned. I searched forums and found others claiming how Logitech's drivers were "touchy". I tried updating the Logitech drivers..didn't help. Finally, I just got fed up and uninstalled the Logitech software and let Windows manage the mouse. I lost Logitech's auxiliary mouse functions, but at least Revit behaves now... Maybe someone has figured out how to whip Logitech's driver into shape??

a couple of us at my company just got that same mouse we had to unload all old mouse drivers and also unload the new logitech software & reload the lastest update from the internet then install it. and when you see the screen to modify your mouse #9 & 10 options are for the left and right scroll set them to other function then selected "Do Nothing" command that will fix your problem then the mouse works great in revit the following is the lick to download the latest software http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/downloads/software/CA/EN,CRID=1792,contentid=940p
