When you create the wall you must look at the "Options Bar", like you can see you can create "Radius" in your walls, BUT at the TOP you must use "VOIDS"

Add an in-place vertical, void extrusion and set it to cut the wall. If you have a lot of these, you could make this a wall hosted family.

2010 - Here is a simple family - face based that will round a corner. It is placed from an elevation view on the wall. The insertion point is 1' - 4" from the corner and it is a 4" radius. The top is parametric so you can adjust the height. Take this and look at how it is made - adjust it as you need or make a new one. LEARN & have fun!

Sorry but there aren't a easy way to do that in "Top edge", like WWhub said, or you create an "In-place" VOID like you want in each part of the wall or you can create a family.

Your best option for what you show now is an in place void sweep that runs along the edges of the wall. You would have to have several of these to do what you want.

i need some help about this subject too...
I'm trying to do something like in the pick attached. i'm not being able to do it without "cheating". What i did was joining 2 walls with a collumn with one round corner. but i know it's not the right way to do it. i'm not being able to do it with mass and then assign a wall because the radius os curve is 200mm and the walls are 400mm and 200mm and it's revit says can't make that wall curved.
any suggestion?

Don't use mass faced walls - you will regret that because of the limitations and modification problems.
A simple in-place or face based void family will do this. Then just paint the face. I suggest the face based void because you can use it in multiple places and projects.
Will your layers in plan wrap the corner correctly? No. This is when you use the edit cut profile in each affected view.

…or create an extrusion (in-place or family) for every layer at the corner, if you want to show them in plan.
The void, as per WW, is the quickest way though.
