(see attached pics) Does anyone know the best way to draw this type of roof?

I thought using "Roof by Footprint" + "Slope Arrow" would work, but having a very hard time getting every roof to align.  Was I on the right track?  Can someone help?

might be better in this case to build the roof separate as an in - place model then move to the correct location, geometrically the peak of the bay window roof must be the perpendicular centerline intersections of the walls

I got some strange results when I tried to find the peak using wall centerline intersections (see 1st pic).

But if I draw each roof plane separately, there are 3 roof planes I know the slope of that can be made first.  Then I know the peak and can draw the outline of the other roofs, but I am not sure how to match the peak of my new roof plane with the peaks of my existing 3 roofs.  (see 2nd pic)

Take a look at the attached file. You basically have to draw the main roof and adjust the pitch on the curved roof until the peak matches. You'll see what I mean. Good luck.

Because the facet walls are flattened the perpendicular line from the centers will intersect at a different point than you suspect. In order to make the roofs match at the ridge you will have to adjust the pitch of the faceted roofs, but the position of the intersection will remain the same in plan. If you try to vary the roof pitches of the facets then you will have a curving facia board.
