Anyone know how to fix this? I've been having trouble finding a solution! Thanks.

What are your system specs including operating system? My guess is its either a compatability issue or something did not load properly and you'll need to uninstall and reinstall
|

Hmm, you might be onto something. Win 7 64 bit. I'll try reinstalling tomorrow... Fwiw, everything else seems to be working fine.

when you are installing turn off your virus protection and firewall. not necessary usually but your OS may be blocking part of the unpacking of the software
