Hi, I am wondering if it happened to anybody - in Revit 2010 when I put my windows on the walls, they are there, but they do not cut the wall. I have no clue, please help

Are you using phases? If so it can be a phasing difference between the walls and windows. Also check the phase filter for the view.

also check that the windows actual intersect the cutting plane. hth
