Make a new matierial and call it 'Clay tiles'

Under Properties > Render Appearence > Choose an Image file of Clay tiles

Under bump > use the same file for now, and set it to something around 0.2

Now when you use that material it'll render like the image you used

Like the images i post? You can do that in several ways, use only Texture like Kardiff told you or you can use also the "Sloped Glazing" system in the roof to create that in 3D BUT that gonna increase the file size, all depend what you really need/want and the capacity of your machine...

Hi Typhoon, that clay tile system is really good!

Could you give us some insight to how you achieved this, with the fascias + corners etc? The dormers on the 3rd image look great!

Hisdirt, like i said before we can do that in several ways but in those roofs i simple use a Texture for the main roof, the fascias and corners are parametric families, you can found them here in the download section....
