Hello, For some reason I can't place a cutain wall in a cmu wall and have it automatically make the opening, it is just hidden inside the cmu wall. I know I've seen other models where the curtain walls have this property. How do I do this? Thanks!!

In your CW definition, check the automatically embed box.
