I updated the level of building by specify coordinates at point. The level tags were all working fine but the schedules are still in project coordinates which are not updating.  What is it I am missing to update the schedul info' and the project levels?  As a work around I am using a calculated field but this is not the best..

Switch your levels to report shared coordinates instead of project coordinates (in their type properties)...

Yes they're working as I expected but, it's the schedule which is only reporting the project values.  As far as I can see I can't get those to change.  I'm sure there's a way....?

Using 2010 by the way.

Sorry, I completely missed the "schedule" bit.  What type of schedule have you created?  Want to do some testing at this end as I've never had to do that before...

I have a two schedules one of pile coordinates and one of pile caps - I'd like to condense into one but that's a bit too scientific for now.

In piles I have taken out to DWG to extract the coordinates and had to build this in Excel then schedule in Revit to get the name and the level at base.  Idealy I want to give the contractor cut off level but the only level parameter I can see to use is the level at bottom - to keep it simple Im putting them all in at the same length.  I then export this to text and past into the same spread sheet. (Yesterday I have just installed a natty coordinate scheduler from our CAD reseller.)

For the caps Ive put in parameters for the column loads.  Again scheduled level at base and calculated field for the TOC. I've put in the difference from Project and Shared levels into the formula but I'm sure there is a way of correcting the project levels - not least it is quite common the contractor will set a temporary datum once on site.  I've used shared for the AOD levels which were not known when the model was first established.  Maybe I have to reference the model into a site file as the position is developed but that seems a bit complex.

 Any good practice advice welcome.
