I have masked a region of a Revit link that I do not want showing up on my sheet. Everything is being masked except for the grid lines. Any suggestions?

Masking regions only work on model elements.  Why don't you hide the the grid lines?

If it's a portion that you need to hide, you can switch off the centre bit.
