So, I have a project with a matchline down the middle. I'd like to add a view reference at the matchline, but when I go to the Drafting menu > View Reference... it's greyed out. I don't know how to be able to place one... Anybody? Thanks!

If you used a real matchline and created the views correctly, just place the views on your sheets and the call-outs will show up if you have them on.

Yes, I think I understand now... I didn't set up this project, matchline, or views... Looks like it'll be more work than it's worth.

If you have created dependant views then the view reference can be used. They will only reference once they are placed on sheets, which is ultimately what they are for. If this is what you want, it is neither difficult or more effort 'than it's worth'.
