When I create a wall of any type and a door or window, it automatically the area of that wall substract the area of the door or window. That is a problem when we do estimating, because we do not ussually substract the openings of door or windows. IS there a way to fix this problem and just show the entire wall area even if I add a door/window to it? Thanks

maybe you could put your walls in an earlier phase. and schedule the area to that phase. then add in your windows and doors in a later phase

It's not a problem - just the way it is. If you export to a database like excel, you can use the length and height data to get your own areas.
