In cad, you could copy some text out of Microsoft Word, or I suppose any text related program, and go to "paste special" to copy it into cad. Is there a similar feature for revit?

Me again, I guess while I'm on this topic, is there a way to copy things from cad to revit such as details?

Yes, go to View-->New-->Drafting View, then import your detail from ACAD

You can copy text from other programs and paste them into the Revit text editor.

Once I import a detail from cad to revit, it appears really light, is there a way to get it to appear normally?
