Hi all,

Please check the attached image of View range. Some of the components are not visible in the floor plan view even though we changed the view ranges in the floor plan view. I have checked it the Visibility graphics also, but I am not getting from where the issue is coming. Please can anyone suggest me to solve this problem?

Thanks,

Sujatha.p

You need to look at the tub family to see if the 3d elements are set to visible in plan.  It looks like they are not.

If the family uses symbollic lines for plan view, then something may be hiding them.  Did you do a thin tile floor?  If so, turn off floors nd see if the tub shows.  If it does, then the problem is the tub is too low and you will have to move it up vertically inso that the symbollic lines are on top of this thin floor.

No we have not used the symbolic lines in the family. If we turned off the floors also the problem is same. I don't think the problem is with the symbollic lines. Because in all other floors it is visible except in sixth floor plan, and some chairs are also not visible.

This particular problem rises only in Sixth and seventh floor plans in the plan views only.

Have you verified rhe workset is on?

Are you using phases?

If these don't point you in the right direction, then you need to give us more data.
