Is there an easy way to create a schedule table in Revit 09 from scratch like in Autodesk Architecture? Or do I need to just draw it manually. I need to create a beam specification table. Thanks.

Use a schedule key. Its found in the same spot as creating a schedule but you just need to make sure that the box is checked off.
