I'm working on a big model (50 story residential tower) and have broken individual "typical floorplates" into seperate revit models which are linked into the central model with the tower structure, etc... to make working on the floorplates manageable (The units include 3d furniture for 3d representation purposes) The whole system is working great EXCEPT when I try to export the model to 3d cad (for use with sketchup) it exports each link as a seperate cad file, rather than exporting them all together!! Is there a way to fix this besides binding all of the links? (I tried that and Revit Crashed) I'm using revit 2009 with 3GB available ram and a Pentium 4 3.4 GHz CPU

Solution: Uncheck "xref views on sheets" when exporting the 3d view. Revit will then export all visible geometry into one 3d cad file (including all the links)
