I'm new to REVIT and the forum, so bear with me. In Revit Architecture 2009 I am have made a floor that is sunk by 18" from the rest of the floor plan. I did this by offsetting the floor offset in the properties box. My problem is that the floor is not visable. I can not see the sunken floor or highlight it in the floor plan view. I have put in different values for Primary Range and Veiw Depth. When I put in a negative value for the Cut Plane, I can see the all of the floors including the sunken floor, however I lose the walls, doors, window, etc. Anyone have some advice?

Hey Tim- I messed with the view depth. I set the View Depth to "associated floor" with a negative offset and I also set the View Depth to "unlimited" but still not visual on the two sunken floors in the Floor Plan View. (The two sunken floors have wood finishing, so they should look like the adjacent rooms with wood finish). In the image with red circles are surrounding the two rooms with sunken floors & the other image is a 3D view that shows the sunken floors are actually there.

I figured it out.....dumb mistake on my part. I had originally created a generic floor for the entire level, which was blocking the visibility of the sunken floor. I deleted the on-level floor and wha-La....the sunken floor apeared.
