I have a bldg model with existing, demo, and new construction. I want to copy that model into a new project template that we created in the office. But, when I copy and paste the model into the new template, everything changes to new construction.

Is there a way to do it without loosing the existing, demo and new construction settings?

thanks

You will have to set the appropriate phase and only copy those items.

AN EASIER PROCESS - is to keep your project and transfer project standards from your template to the project.  If you also have legends and schedules that you want to transfer, you will need to copy paste those seperately.

Try Import the building model into the template and blind the linked model. But the building model has to be smaller than 10MB. If the building modle is large than 10MB, you will need to find a way to split the model into seperate files.

Hope that helpful.
