Hi,

I have created a new window family and it looks correct in all the views but when i insert it into my project it doesnt cut the wall properly and parts of the mullions and pieces of glass are missing.

Any help would be appreciated! I have attached the window i created

NO, if you check the family try to flex them, don't work, you don't have dimensions/parameters to constrain the ref. planes, you dont lock the objects to the ref. planes and so one....
