We have a very simple rectagular flat metal roof deck that we are adding four roof drains and sloping rigid insulation out from the drains at a 1/4" per foot. I have set the roof insulation to variable, but there is no way to assaign a slope to the thickness and the ridge lines revit provides are incorrect. In theory this is a very simple task, but for some reason we are struggling with Revit 2009 to get it to work. Please help.
