hi everyone... really need your help.. for some reason... my raytrace and region raytrace aren't working.. in revit 2008 not just in the project i'm working on.. even i start a new project with only walls and door in it... i had fatal error when i was trying to figure out what went wrong under the setting tab in redering design bar... helpppp.. what could gone wrong?

whenever i click the raytrace or the region raytrace bottom... the options on the top pops up and gone disappear right the way... and it won't start rendering.. help help...
