Is there a way for me to modify the appearance of the Interior Elevation Tags?  I was able to change the appearance of the door tags by using the Edit Family command, but I am not able to modify the interior elevation tags by using the same concept.  Thanks in advance for you help on this one.

Unfortunately, elevation tags are not editable in appaerance.  This is an issue that has been fought for a LONG time with Revit and unfortunately has not had an opportunity to be addressed yet.  The workaround would be to make an annotation component that looks the way you want it to and hide the elevation tag that revit uses.
