. does any one know how to register to have autodesk revit send me automatic upgrade for revit 2009? thanks in advance.

if you are on subscription all upgrades are sent to you automatically. this is the only way to get upgrades automatically. New builds are not automatic, but you should be notified by the communication center feature of new builds.

how do you subscribe to this auto upgrades? this is what i did trying to subscribe for this upgrades - in revit 2009 goto 1. help - pull down menu 2. create support request and this is what i get - INVALID PRODUCT SERIAL NUMBER. as far as the revit 2009 i am using is concerned, this copy of program is legit. is there any other way to down load upgrades yourself (manually) via a website or something. thanks.
