The worksharing monitor is a great upgrade for managing editing requests. But I wish it included some sort of user messenger system. To notify every user of events, ask questions, or tell somebody to save to central or relinquish his elements.

You can use your in-house email/messaging system or yahoo or MSM messenger, like a chatroom. Great if there a dialogue box to handle such.
