I'm trying to create a schedule that includes parameters from two diffrent sources. I have a parking schedule and need to include the parameter from the area schedule so that I can show the number of parkings as a ratio of the gross building area. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.

I am trying to do this as well, though I am doing mine for a mixed use development that has different ratios depending on building use. If everything is the same it's actually pretty simple - In Schedule Properties you make a new Calculated Value whose formula is "Gross Floor Area / XX SF" where XX= the ratio of SF to parking space. My problem is in mixed use I can't figure out how to make a different formula for each different building type without splitting the schedule up. I think I might end up in Excel.
