WHen you create your wall, you can add sweeps/reveals etc. to the wall, that way it becomes part of the wall family. If you select your wall you you go to edit, edit structure. When the window pops up go to preview, you will get a preview in plan, switch from plan to section. When you do, you get more buttons to work with. Click on the sweep, and add you cap profile. Hope that helps

Rather than embed the sweep in the wall type, I'd suggest just using a hosted sweep, wall sweep with the appropriate profile. This will allow you to wrap around the ends of the wall also. HTH.

With a host sweep I still am unsure how to get the parapet cap to wrap around all 4 ends of a wall. I have a free standing wall my wall cap leaves 2 ends open??  Thanks in advance.

Hi SNAP, "I need a parapet cap to wrap around the end of a wall., to do this you must create a family "Generic Model Face Based", If you want to create a sweep or reveal, you must create a family with the "Profile" or "Profile-Hosted"... i prefer the last because in there we can choose if we want sweep, reveal, fascia, gutter and so one...

If you don't get it tell me and i create a video for you...
