RAC 2008 I have sent a sheet to our plotter three times and it comes out purple. The first time, I figure, was because I had not changed the color setting; but the other two times, once in grayscale and once in blacklines, they still came out in purple. Any ideas? We checked the cartridges, but they seem to be ok, it hasn't been that long since we changed them out. Thanks in advance. Jim Hectorne
