Once you have placed your coner window where you want it, you need to go the modelling tab, choose openings->wall opening. Click on the wall which doesn't show the other half of the window. now click beyond where the window could be, then drag the rectangle which is drawn to the corner. Open up an elevation view which looks at the wall where you just placed the opening. Align the opening to the top, bottom, and side of the window.

oh, also, the void that you have on the window which isn't embeded in the wall, get rid of it. Currently Revit doesn't allow us to make corner windows (that I know of) which automatically create openings in both walls, so you have to make an opening. The void won't embed in the wall, so it is just extra information which isn't needed.

hmm... ok i'll try that. The window that I used as an example to make my window allowed me to put it into my drawing without having to make an opening in the adjacent wall.

Alright, from what I can see, you came close to what you wanted, but instead of model lines, use symbolic lines. Tell all of your geometry (except the cuts and voids I think) to be visible in elevation only, get rid of floor plan and when cut if family allows. With your symbolic lines, tell them that their visibility is only when instance is cut. I modified your file real quick, granted I just placed symbolic lines over your model lines, and I didn't control any of the visibilty, but it starts to read better in a project.
