hi. i was wondering if there is a way i can change the size of the text that appears for the grid callouts and the text that appears for the sheet title?

Edit or create new grid head and view title families, then load in, and substitute those for the unwanted ones.

ok.anyhting in revit is family dependent.starting from your walls to door to roof.So if you want a different type of a thing you got to make a family of it.once you have a family, you can use it anywhere.So the same holds good for annotaions too.make some families of your annotaions and save it.next use them where you want them as you use different elements in Revit.That means you have to create different familes for different sizes too.
