Welcome. Yes, as Coreed said there are many free tutorials to get you going. However, once you really want to take your Revit skills to the next level I highly recommend purchasing the Revit subscription from CadClips.com. Daryl has done an excellent job of bringing a huge amount of Revit knowledge together into lessons that cover so much of this great software. As someone who purchased numerous training textbooks before subscribing to CadClips, I can say with certainty that you will not regret this purchase. I am not affiliated with CadClips in any way...just a very satisfied customer.
