in what situation will the number of line parameter marked by red color in element property box highlight?

You have defined a system with a fixed spacing of 2000. Revit is doing the math to arrive at 6 beams based on your spacing. If you want more beams than reduce the spacing, increase the size of the beam system, or choose to place beams individualy rather than as part of a beam system. Tom

thanks for your reply.but i think now that there is this parameter,it must can be hightlighted.thus,when to be higtlight?i only want to know this.do you know?
