I have a storefront vestibule in my project and all the corners will come together but one at the brick enclosed stair tower. Everytime I move the mullion to the face of the wall it moves the mullion below it, next to door or the edge of the wall. See attached file.

The ends of storefronts and curtain walls exhibit stange behaviour sometimes. Try using the align tool to align the mullion or end of the storefraont wall to the brick wall. Sometimes a reference plane needs to be place and the storefront wall aligned to it.
I'm sure that somewhere there is a technical reason why things like this happen, but I just acept it for now fix it and move on.
