Cable Railing with flat stock balusters and top rail. Includes angled baluster at corners. 2 options: handrail and guardrail without handrail. It's not a family, it's a project, so you just have to copy/paste the railing into your project. I added a material parameter to the balusters. The materials of the rails can be edited in the railing properties window.

Open the project and simply select the rail and copy and paste into your project. Then you will have the railing as an option when you go to draw your own rail.
