Base Cabinet, 1 door, 1 drawer, 1 roll out tray divider

This American Woodmark casework family is a model of their one door, one drawer, one roll out tray divider base cabinet.  They offer two widths, 12" and 15", and those are included as family types.  The 12" has a tray divider with two compartments (one divider) while the 15" sports a three compartment divider (two dividers).  All movable components operate with instance parameters.  The trays are not adjustable beyond pulling them out.  There are actually two trays that get swapped in and out with your selection of cabinet width.

I've upgraded this cabinet.  It's a Revit 2013 model now and I've fixed a problem with the door.  The upgraded cabinet is a separate download.
