You need to download all three files. Draw a model line from bottom to top on your roof face and array it at 9" spacing. Then trim each line to correct length, and use the second file (line based) for any tiling row that needs three or more tiles. Just select the lines.

Use the third file for the spine tiles (same process just draw a line on the spine of the roof).

Use the first file for any rows that are two tiles or less in length. If it needs two, check "2nd tile". If not, leave unchecked.

Materials parametric, be warned it will make your model pretty heavy.

Im on revit 2010 and the file does not load. Says on later version, unable to open. Could you explain how you created the tiles and how exactly you would add them on the roof please Smile Thank you.

Small shortcut:

Create a roof material with 9" parallel lines at 90 degrees. Needs to me model not drafting. The clay tiles will snap to these lines instead of having to create model lines.

This looks great! Have you tried using "sloped Glazing" for your roof? that way, you can assign these files to automatically become your tiles (panels) and your corner pieces (mulions)
